Relation of between CONFLICT with the DECISION and its SOLUTION
Conflict, conflict is problem there is good anywhere in organization and also in other place. Conflict in that organization surely there is because each and everyone differ the opinion. Decision in that organization surely always get the problem / conflict, why?because possible in the decision there is deviation, possible there is which disagree with the the decision. From there we can learn to recognize the leader. if is so continued later the organization do not go forward. In have organization to need the existence of cooperation, become to feel the us that have one. becoming conflict relation/link with that decision is very hand in glove, because surely each every sure decision there is conflict / problem of, there is less agree, so from there we can feel the existence of familiarity. Solution to finish the the conflict ordinary hence system voting voice many. So from there we caw will will have to accept it, agreing?.
In fact its solution a lot of, can from leader study to repeat its decision, later then is asked again what make decision the become the problem. Become depended by a leader also, what the leader more making account of their/his self or with?
